Employee representatives are also appointed by UNI, chosen from its members, for a 4-year renewable term. There cannot be more than 30 union representatives within the CICE. Currently, there are 29 from 8 countries where the group is present – France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Poland, Greece, Romania and Cyprus. For plenary meetings, management and employee representatives may be assisted by observers.
