Oracle: negotiations on the establishment of a European WC failed

In an open letter to Oracle's management, the expert of the special negotiations body, Hellmut Gohde, took note of the end of negotiations, which started three years ago, indicating that the company will now have to comply with the 1994 directive and set up a committee according to the subsidiary requirements.
