A kind of memorandum of understanding about the expertise provided to the employees' representatives and the calendar was signed in August. The expert assessment is to be made by two firms (one French and one German) and the consultation/information procedures are due to close next Tuesday. Due to the fact that these two firms are unable to furnish more information, Alstom’s EWC warns that it will not be able to pronounce its opinion if an agreement on social guarantees is not concluded.
