Our agency's services

On behalf of its clients, the agency monitors current social and legal events in the European Union and each individual Member State. This is a unique service which involves providing reliable, high quality information and legal analyses, in French and English, in accordance with a service logic. By taking into consideration the needs of the agency’s clients, upstream from the information search, the objective is to bring about a high degree of satisfaction by offering the clients the information they are looking for.

Information and analyses will be principally addressed by e-mail to clients who will determine the criteria for information selection. The agency’s objective is to enable its clients to:

Understand the environment and anticipate its evolutions: this monitoring should make it possible to follow legal and social evolutions (the activities of trade union organisations, protest movements, social tensions, developments in employment markets, etc.) in countries where clients are established. It should also make it possible to foresee normative developments initiated by the European Union and the emergence of new issues (discrimination, mental health, etc.).

Gain a broader perspective: the monitoring service should enable them to benefit from the experiences of other businesses or institutions and best practices, when confronted with similar challenges (managing age disparities and flexibility, corporate social responsibility and European works councils).

Understand: the monitoring service should facilitate dialogue between colleagues (lawyers, site HRDs and company directors) and local contacts (lawyers) and offer assistance with terminology to avoid misunderstanding.

Save time: the information search on issues covered by the monitoring constitutes a waste of time given the disparity of information sources. The information should be sorted, prioritised and processed in an accessible manner.

• Obtain reliable information: extensive information is available on the Internet or sent to businesses through a whole host of newsletters. The agency’s work involves processing, retrieving and checking it to present it securely, reliably and in an accessible language to its clients, so that it can be used directly without any further checks.
