Spain: Allianz signs a series of agreements that will serve as a framework for its new hybrid work model

On 27 April, Allianz insurance announced it had signed three agreements with the relevant trade unions, that frame teleworking, digital disconnection, and the control of working time. In this way the company’s collective agreement can dynamically include changes introduced in Spain’s labor legislation on these three topics and simultaneously implement the company’s new project based on flexibility and team autonomy.
