France: Eurécia harnesses digital tools to steer its organisational transformation

Eurécia, the provider of human resource software, has added new functionalities to its in-house application from the second half of 2020 in order to foster the wellbeing of its staff – all of whom are working remotely due to the pandemic – as well as to help them organise themselves, keep their stress levels under control, and to support managers in their supervision of remote teams. These new digital tools are designed to facilitate communication, maintain the sense of collective and reinforce the company's culture. They also enable managers and HR staff to gather employee feedback in order to meet their expectations in terms of quality of life at work and to envisage the contours of work organisation post-Covid-19.
