Sophie Sanchez, Synergie’s CEO, has kindly set time aside to discuss the main thrusts of this four-year project with Planet Labor. The ultimate goal is to be able to offer a 100% digital experience to companies, job applicants and temporary workers if they so wish, while maintaining the group’s 300 agencies in France, as well as improving the quality of life of the group's 4,200 employees globally (2,000 of whom are in France).
