eutsche Bahn (DB) has set out clear objectives to increase the number of women in management over the next few years. And the railway company also concretely explained how it was going to do it. Thus, on October 16th, it officially announced the guidelines of a program aimed to bring the global proportion of female employees from 21% at present up to 25% in 2015, and the rate of women in management from 16 up to 20%.…
