Chile: government gives more details of the bill and project to secure a 40-hour working week

On 23 August 2022,  Chile’s government specified the implementation details for draft legislation that seeks to reduce weekly working hours from 45 to 40.  This reduction in working hours, which should improve the quality of life of employees, will be gradually implemented over a period of five years.
