Denmark: a mobile application to better prevent work related psychosocial risks

PsykiatriFonden, an NGO, has developed a phone app that businesses can use to prevent work related psychosocial risks. Answers to five questions regularly gauge workers’ well-being. Responses are anonymous however once a red light indicator shows then an occupational psychologist calls the employee in question and suggests a meeting to talk and if appropriate put a resolution action plan together. The company receives regular updates so it can better gauge the psychological environment at work across its different business units and so react promptly to any issues.
