Spain: BBVA looks to take care of teams’ emotional well-being

Spanish banking group BBVA is promoting an array of initiatives – from yoga lessons to mindfulness and knitting classes – that seek to bolster connections between staff members and raise awareness of the importance of looking after their physical and mental well-being. The push represents a response to the changes brought about by hybrid work.
