Over the course of two days (23, 24 February), almost 400 invitees, for the most part heads of large German businesses, discussed these issues during a congress organized by the German Association for Personnel Management (DGFP) in Berlin. The conclusion was that the digital revolution was well underway and that HR had a key role to play in supporting businesses during their transformation processes and also in defining the landscape of the new digital workplace.
