EADS has received the Randstad Award 2013 for its excellent employer brand. In order to award this prize, Randstad polled about 7,000 people in Spain. Results reveal that participants ranked EADS as the most attractive place to work in the country. But how is an employer brand built? Employer branding strategy. For this to be achieved, the European Aerospace and Defence Group – which employs around 140,000 people across the world, 11,000 in Spain – relies on an employer branding strategy devised at the global level, but adapted to local business needs.
