Eurostat’s latest figures indicate Poland’s unemployment rate is 4.7%. Economists also suggest that unemployment is approaching zero in the large conurbations. The falling unemployment rate is expected to continue during 2018. Companies are competing amongst themselves as they struggle to hire appropriately skilled jobs candidates and in order to attract the best talent are finding themselves offering both attractive pay as well as a whole set of social benefits tailored to the candidates’ demands.…
