Russia: foreign businesses scarce among the top employers ranking

Russia’s most popular employment site HeadHunter (hh.ru) has published its 2014 top employers ranking that aims to be as simple and as transparent as possible in a context where an employer’s reputation is becoming an increasingly important criterion of choice for future employees. “Employers are well aware of this and are focusing on it”, confirmed Caroline Galliaerde, managing director of Brainpower-BPI Group Russia/CEI. Four foreign subsidiaries feature in the top ten with Microsoft taking the top slot as compared with number 7 the previous year.
