The policy aims to offer all mothers 16 weeks of 100% paid maternity leave and also to enable mothers, returning from maternity leave, to work 30 hours a week for 6 months, also on full salary. Vodafone is trying to dissuade mothers leaving after their babies are born because their replacement costs are well in excess of the costs of these new measures. Through .
