Saint-Gobain: a group HR policy driving an ambitious recruitment campaign

In view of the growing market for sustainable construction, the French multinational construction materials group is targeting annual growth of between 3% and 5% over the period 2021-2025. To respond to the greater volume and meet the need for skills, Saint-Gobain is planning to recruit 36,000 people worldwide by 2022 with a plan that includes a minimum level of global social protection, teleworking, and an emphasis on training. The CAC 40 listed company is launching a vast employer brand campaign and intends to offer its employees "attractive" HR programmes to achieve this objective.
