What new telework options does the agreement put forward?

The 2017 agreement provided for two telework options, namely regular and occasional. The new agreement supplements these with the addition of a tailored telework formula (100% with physical attendance times defined with the manager), that can respond to individual situations and to the need to make certain jobs more attractive, particularly in the areas of digital and information systems.
