Called ‘Zukunftspool.me’ (Futurepool), this landmark platform is available for businesses that are members of the Nordmetall and AGV Nord employers’ bodies and will operate along the principle that when a company receives several suitable applications for an apprenticeship vacancy then, with the candidates’ consent, it will post the profiles of the unsuccessful candidates on the new platform so that the other member companies can view them.
