According to the trade unions, this is the first time in 15 years that all the employers' organizations in the sector - including the cooperative organizations, which are particularly relevant in subcontracting - have signed the same text at the same time. The new collective agreement, runs until 31 March 2024, provides for an average monthly salary increase of €104, and commences consultation on modernizing the text amid structural changes in the sector.
