Italy: first of its kind alliance at FCA-Chrysler between Fim-Cisl and the senior executives association

A first of its kind alliance has been struck between workers and senior executives at Fiat that establishes a new era in Italian industrial relations. On 29 March, Fim union and the Fiat CNH executives association (AQCF) concluded an agreement to strengthen their cooperation. For Fim, the group’s majority trade union, this marks a first step towards its model of a ‘strong’ and fully inclusive trade union.
