The agreement concerns all of Vodafone Italy’s 6,000 employees and provisionally provides for between 60%-80% of working time to function in agile mode. Smart working is part of the company’s broader policy of work-life balance and inclusion and accordingly new measures are being introduced for people with disabilities, for carers, young parents, single parents, and employees who are victims of domestic violence.
