Signed on 27 September, the renewed agreement will last for three years and applies to some 21,000 employees in Spain. The text sets out conditions for the voluntary departure of a maximum of 4,500 people and launches an extensive training programme for 6,000 employees, in order to address the challenge of digital transformation.
