It includes a training and jobs mobility program for its European employees, and it aims to ‘prepare for the future’ as the group faces significant market changes. In line with the agreement signed in 2017 for the professional integration of young people (c.f. article No. 10357), this agreement commits the company to strengthening support for its employees for a period of 4 years.
