UNI Global Union supporting its members to develop collective bargaining around algorithmic management tools

According to the global union federation of services, Uni Global Union, the use of Algorithmic tools by those in control must be ‘transparent, non-discriminatory, and negotiated with workers’. The global union federation’s Professionals & Managers group has prepared a guide for national unions to help them understand the role they should play in the introduction, use and management of any algorithmic management tool in the workplace.
