UniCredit: analysis of the agreement on the setting of the European Work’s Council

The management of the Italian banking group UniCredit, born from the fusion, on November 18, 2005, of UniCredito Italiano Group and the HypoVereinsbank bank (HVB,) concluded an agreement on the setting of a European Work's Council, on January 26, 2007, which covers almost 147,000 employees in Europe (see our dispatch 070145).
