The management of the group and the EWC have set up two joint commissions, one on training, apprenticeship and the development of skills, the other on equality of opportunity and non-discrimination. Their objective is to sign before end 2008 two joint declarations on common principles on a general framework including the activities and initiatives of the group. Each commission will be composed of 12 members, 6 from the EWC and 6 representing central management.
