Belgium: the concept of “old worker” is lowered to 45 years old

The Council of Ministers approved, on June 9, a draft royal decree on the employment of old workers, which provides assistance to promote the employment of seniors and the quality of working conditions. The text lowers the age condition : from 55 to 45 years old. (réf. 06592)
