Published on 21 January 2020 à 13h12 - Update on 21 January 2020 à 14h54 Resources According to a 2018 survey of workers (Mikrozensus) in Germany, undertaken by the Wiesbaden-based Federal Statistics Office, and published on 16 January 2020, (here), roughly 2.2 million workers in 2018 aged between 15-74 who had been working on average 28.9 hours per week would have preferred to work 10.6 hours more. Similarly the survey showed that a large number, or 1.4 million, who had been working on average 41.6 hours per week would also have preferred to work 10.8 hours fewer. The annual survey shows yet again just how many workers are dissatisfied with their working time. Full-time employees in Germany are working 41.4 hours per week on average, while part-time workers are on average working for 20 hours per week. Need more info ?
