Spain: preparations made for reforming active employment policies

On 10 November, Spain’s government presented the social partners with draft legislation reforming active employment policies by way of both hiring subsidies and occupational training efforts, so that in addition to those cohorts for which employment is the most out of reach, females, youths, and the over 45s, will also be prioritised.
