The T-Level qualification, which is the equivalent of three A Levels and has been co-created with more than 250 employers (see article n°10395), includes a so-called “industry placement” consisting of 45 days (or 315 hours) with an employer. With this cash boost for businesses hosting T-Level students, the government hopes to give new impetus to this scheme, which it has wanted to promote for several years but has been halted somewhat by the Covid-19 pandemic and its implications in terms of safety and finances.
