Spain : the new law on equality between women and men commented

After almost a whole year of debate before the Spanish Parliament, the Law on Equality between women and men (L.O. 3/2007 of 22 March 2007) has been finally approved. This law, in force since March 24, is commented in this article by Javier Gómez Abelleira, Professor of Employment Law at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. (Ref. 070315)
