The management and the European works council select committee decided to continue this approach during the second year and to formally introduce it into the agreement during the third. Thus, the aim of this amendment is to “formalize and perpetuate the ODEO approach” and to “enrich the renewed agreement with best practices identified through the ODEO project” which are listed in the appendix.
